If i'm checking dice rooms, i'm pretty much exclusively looking for a 5 room. 5 is always helpful unless you're trying to play fast (in which case you're probably not checking dice rooms), vs all the others being either highly situational or just straight up bad. Dice rooms can be accessed through the use of two keys, and contain one of the 6 dice faces. Each room can only be used once, and each face has a different effect 1 pip rerolls isaac's currently held items, similarly to the d4 Dice rooms are special rooms that can randomize many elements of the run.
